Depends on the pump. Some you can open, some are sealed. If you can open it, you can theoretically put a new mebrame in. However I have never seen them for sale and a new pump isn't that expensive, so you best get a new one I suppose.

First start yesterday... I found out why the petrol was not coming out of the pump. There were some dirt in the hose blocking it.
The engine start right away as you can see in the video.
Nevertheless, after few start I've noticed a big oil leak coming from the back of the oil pump... So I now have to take the engine out again check what is wrong... I hope it is not too bad...

If everything could work perfectly on the first time that would be too easy...
And for sure, with such a clean car you can't drive if the engine leaks oil !
