Direct from Jean Dagonet's garage, a plaster studie for the Dagonet Body Shell :
And another modified Dagonet (two doors whith no b pillars), which lmade the Paris-Kaboul-Paris Citroën raid in 1970 :

Thanks for these pics Clod!
I have seen this color photo of raid dagonet before.
I think that yellow body is not made in 50's.
Design and how its made does not look like dagonet
quality. Maybe they find old Dagonet in 70s whit really rotten
body and they use front of it and modified another body like this?
That HT shape, side windows and doors are not really 50's style.

Okay,
As a result of my quest for the perfect Barbot (see topic: the 'Duc' of Deuches in the techie forum) and Olli's remark I've uploaded some pictures.....
There are 22 pictures to show so here's the link:

Enjoy!

Thanks Olli, for that last Dagonet you posted!
http://www.leboncoin.fr/vi/23026720.htm?ca=1_s Very cheap Robergel wheels! You just have to get rid off the 403 and NOS parts on the Ebay ...
Very nice Barbot material, thanks a lot for sharing! |

That Peugeot 203 is one of a kind and was modified by it's owner I think. There was some info about it on forum-auto in a fifties rally topic. |

Great pics of the Barbot! I didn't know most of them!
It seems the body is channelled, but the front and the rear are not. That's why the car looks like folded \_/
Am I right?
Crazy how the bonnet is flat! _________________ www.super2cv.com |
