Is the sound as good as mine? (139,8dB )
You can use the Ami rear axle but than you have to modify your inner fenders. The good thing about using an Ami rear eaxle is that you can put bigger wheels under it without widening your rear fenders. _________________ www.ctd-gammel.nl |

I cutted it out in my 2cv 4-cilinder, but that is so long ago that I can't remember how much it was......
You just have to measure! (aint that hard!) _________________ www.ctd-gammel.nl |

a question:
I liked what olli did with my backside of my car. He has erased the rearbumper I have made and put smaller shells on the back of my car.
Now one problem In belguim we need a rearfog light. Sow Wher am I going to put it?
I was looking for one that I can fit under my numberplate.
A smalle line of 1-2cm large for about 10cm?
Does somebody nows that this exist?
Or any other ideas for it?
This is a picture of how it was. The fog light now is between the bumper in the middle. This was ok for the inspection.

when those extra brake lights were "fashion" in Finland they were always
in rear window. You can put what ever cool shape of red light there.
-Caddy 59 bullet
-Maltese cross
-Azu round red light
-cat eye (motorcycle accesorie)

Hey Horst
There is a Technical section, could you please use it for relevant questions.
This topic is about Robins cars, and your questions/messages too, (like the one in the hijacked thread in the "wanted" section) but they are interesting enough to have their own topic.
Please use the proper section of the message board in the future.
I've created it now, so all discussion about the Visa mods you are talking about should be discussed there.
Back to more general stuff about Robins car !
Thanks ! _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.

I need HELP!!
I'm preparing my car for my wedding on 28/06
In 3 weeks.
Now I use a ami8chassis So I mounted the 2cv on the ami chassis problem.
The steeringwheel is not the same.
I mean Its not posibbel to use the 2cv steering wheel because the 2cv has moved a bit of centimeters to the back and the angle Isen't correct. SO I made a new steering wheel using a visa one witch has 2 points where you can bend it. Its installed but I Can only screw it with the contact thats on a 2cv and then its not good enough it bends.
Any one any idea's or does enabody has an idea that the steering of an ami8 has only one position where you can bend it?

Use your 2cv front axle tube with the steering part at the right angle.
you can then keep your 2cv steering column and wheel.
it is possible to use Ami 8 arms on the 2cv axle tube. _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.
