Jasu, I will let you now when I going to dith my ami tank. Because I also find it interesting to have a bigger feultank. Espacilly when I going to tune my engine more.

Etienne,

That is indeed beutifuller then mine finders. Now I have new witch are 5cm lager then the original ones. I don't like the rearbumper on it. I think it is the original lenght and find it to small thats why I did make mine.
Maybe the bumper olli suggested on an other topic with just the uper or under side of a bumper and a bit leghtend would bij nice.

I 'm sorry for my bath englisch. I tought it was better

greets Robin

Dont worry about your english, we understand you well! Hope you find
some one to make you fenders like in that yellow 2cv. Get old 2cv rear
bumber or make this cut out 2cv6 rear bumber. Think also well rims and
tires what you are going to use, they are big part of your car looks.

It will not be on the car.
Rimss will be the rimms that are now on my car.
On the rear with hupcaps of a american car en on the front the original hubcaps. I was thinking of painting a red or white line on the tyres. Because the car is going to be black

hey
A called with a factory in belguim Cat cams and they could regrind my camshaft for around 120 euros. Now the profile that he suggested for street use is 290degrees 7.74 noklift and 8.9 valve lift.
He said that it is possibel to get more but he will have to see when the camshaft is there. Does anyone has an idea what would be a good and powerful profile for a visa engine with 644 heads (9.5 compression)
It would be for streetuse And I would like the engine for a lots of km.
greetings Robin

Can't really say, but when you'd like to make a lot of miles, use your common sence and don't go too mad with the cam.

Those fenders are SO much better than the old ones.

Here you can see what tires can be fit in original fenders:

and for bumber....

50-60's one:

or 70's one:

or even the 80's one.

Olli
I think your post is not complete.

I see 2 of the same bumpers.
I made the bumper I now have also because of placing the foglight witch is needed in belguim.
I don't like e big one just at one side.
My now is in the middle and behind the bumpers. Thats ok for car inspection.

I also contacted a company to lighten my (not camshaft but other shaft) (drive train) pistons.

There will be a bitt of tuning on the engine hopefully.

For wheels I was also thinking of red wheels and a white circle on the tyres. I think black for the car with red wheels and white will look good.

My body is of the chassis. And its in not a to bad condition.

Now can someone tell me where I have to cut out the floors to fit the 2cv body on the ami8 chassis?
I can measered it myself but a help is welcome.

Is think the rear axel is smaller then one of a 2cv is this correct?

thanks Robin

Correct... You could just change the arms, or the complete axle, just what's the easiest for you Wink
