I guess we all have problems finding a good space to work on cars. Most people don't want you when you tell them you are working on cars. I am in an old engine factory, together with about 8 other guys. We are there illegally, until the building will be demolished. There is no rent but we all pay 100 euros a month for electicity and water.

You have to take what you can get. I am happy there but one day we will get the news taht it will be demolished. Hope it will be a long time still.

It's a kiteboard in fact but it looks just like a surfboard. I bought it for a really good price from a beetle owner!

There is few pics of Reims on my website! Wink

Hi Etienne we have small discusion about the springs, 150% uprated is that a percentage saying that the srping is 2,5 times stiffer or is 100% defacto and 150% is only 50% more stiffer?

100% is regular so mines are 1,5X stiffer...

The reason for this question is that because Bart and I are confused because of this:

http://www.ecas2cvparts.co.uk/dept.asp?dept%5Fid=170&mscssid=BDGHJKRET3LQ9H2KV7XHND9H5NC13F69

Ecas sells 100% uprated and they sell standard springs. 100% uprated would mean 2 times stiffer, 150% would be 2,5 times stiffer, but clearly as you state it 100% is normal en 150% is 50% stiffer.

So for example is the car weighs 500KG and it if you put the weight on 100% springs and it would lower 1cm then if you use 150% springs the car has to weigh 750KG for it to lower 1 cm. ?

150% uprated means 150% stronger then normal, i think Rolling Eyes. so a 100% upgrate is double as hard to compres
