What a shame Etienne, but on the first picture we can already see how great it looks without third window ... the view towards the front is great |

Bondo! The miracle filler! Spreads like butter, hardens like rock!
Seriously, it would be better to hammer it out but it's very difficult with this thin metal. _________________ Don't ask me what I think of you 'cause I might not give the answer that you want me to.

One month without update in this topic!
Here some news:
I'm not really proud, the floors look like crap, but hey, anyway nobody will look at them!
At least on the pics it seems ok!
The springs are waiting to be replaced:
And yes I know, my garage is a mess!! _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Looks are not that important, as long as it does the work.
Good going there. _________________ Don't ask me what I think of you 'cause I might not give the answer that you want me to.

Don't worry about the looks of the floors, only real worriers care
Stiffer springs looks good to me, are the shiny black ones the stiffer ones? Did you get them from Geoff? and how much did they cost if I may ask?

In this small garage we are 3 guys! And it was a total mess before I came...

No these ones are the regular ones. The big ones are for the rear and the small for the front. I still don't have the stiffer ones, Geoff shipped them yesterday. I shall have them next week...
So they are 150% uprated and 5 inches shorter. And also they should fit in the regular "spring box". About the price it's around 60 euros each, but ask Geoff himself, it depends how stiff you want, shorter or not. _________________ www.super2cv.com |

I try to clean mine as much as i can.. I'm not messy at all actually! But it's quite difficult to be not messy in a place already messy!! And I can't go out for working, so all the dust stay inside... I can't breathe after 1 hour working with angle gringer!!
Anyway, my garage sucks but I'm glad I have one! Here in Freiburg, it's almost an impossible mission to find a place not so far from the city, not so expensive (150euro/month this one) and where you can work! _________________ www.super2cv.com |
