today was the first real road test for my snail I've taken some photos
sorry it was with my phone
I know it's quite high but lowering will be the next step and I want to replace the exhaust with a straight pipe _________________ camille |

Wow
Looking good ! but still too high
If I were you I'd keep the exhaust silent... you're driving a slow car, so a slow and loud car is a bit ridiculous...

I like the color, red but still ok red, no shining.
Keep the exhaust silent? I drive with a sidepipe, just because i like the sound of letting it roll in gear when you get of the throttle, damn nice deep sound. My former boos always told me, it was so much fun to hear me come to work (i worked as a chef in a restaurant). In summer the terras was full, i had late shift, and everybody heard me coming down the "dijk". Everybody was looking to see the car coming, and always had a big surprise and a lot of friendly smiles when they found out it was 2cv. Always had good comments, hahaahha

It looks good but as Joseph said : too high!
I don't like neither the turn signals under the front lights.
I like the colour, it looks really nice! _________________ www.super2cv.com |

yeah that's what I want to do. I put the original ones first because I don't have other ones. I think that I have some ford transit side indicators somewhere in my garage... _________________ camille |

None is even better...
I have no front turn signals on my 2cv... and so what?
The one on the side are enough! _________________ www.super2cv.com |

my car has had the "contrôle technique"!!! (the MOT)
thank you for the congratulations. yes I thought of removing the front indicators and contenting myself with side ones but I think it's quite dangerous, so I'm searching the most discreet way to put ones in front of it, instead of these huge original ones.
I'll lower it later because first I have to solve another problem: It's raining in my car!! _________________ camille |

I drive thousand of km without front turn signals and it's ok. Just have to be careful sometimes!
You can add some motorbike turn signals under the bumper, that would be better looking. _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Remove the turn signals, and drive as in Paris : I often have the feeling of being the only one who has been taught the pupose of the turn signals. _________________ Everything is easy, as long as you don't try to do it. |

The side turn signals are quite obvious in 90% of the situation. _________________ www.super2cv.com |

You can easily lower rear from that! Too much rake looks like 80's teenage car mods!

Paint is very cool.
but I'm not so sure about the two tone wheels... especially heavy contrast black and white... _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.
