Hi Tom,
Those rear wings and wide wheels look familiar! Looks good, but I'm not so sure about this one

Great project, I like the rear fenders!
The backdoor is also pretty cool.
Keep up the good work and keep on posting! _________________ '79 2CV vert bambou |

Cool! I like to hear that!!
But sorry, I really don't like rear fenders. I like originals ones with low suspension. Wheel seems to really go inside the car... _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Looks Kool project!
I agree whit Etienne about rear fenders.. wide rear fenders and big rear tyres
are not so IN anymore...
I dont wanna hear smart, but would it be easier to make front doors after
chopping the roof? Door is much easier to fit on door hole than other way
round?
But anyway great Azu it will be! I would like to chop my AzuSuper too..
Just where I found time and space for that....

I'm from Beerse by Turnhout. And yes it's a Visa chrono one of the few Belgian's that are left. (Malinnes = Mechelen?) |

Looks like a cool car in the making. I am curious to see what the chop will do to the looks of the car. Are you leaving the rear section at the same height? And do you plan to leave also the ventilation flap under the front window? _________________ Don't ask me what I think of you 'cause I might not give the answer that you want me to.

Yeah, but there is still a lot of room there between the bonnet hinge and bottom of front windshield. I saw some cars which eliminated the ventilation flap and moved the front window down. That way, you can chop the top at least the height of the ventilation flap without having to cut a new windshield (and losing too much front visibility). _________________ Don't ask me what I think of you 'cause I might not give the answer that you want me to.

Bart you are right there is still some space but i'm not going to use this front. on the front i'm using there is no more space it's about 1.3 cm shorter. I wil post pics tomorrow. The back of the car wil also be shoped 10 cm |
