I made this in 2minutes by using your idea as a bace....

Your car looks ok but that photoshop was... eh.. not so good.

This very beautiful Black satin paint was realised with the less expansive spray "mat black" I find in supermarket... Wink
There is no secret , just I paint it on 3 couch crossed.
If you want, I'll post a photography of the spray, perhaps tomorrow...

White wall look good on pic, but it's impossible to keep them clean if you drive your car often. Sad

And anyway, these plastic white wall look are not good for the tire... Real white wall tire is the best way to proceed, but there are none for 2cv size.
