wOW, Channeled, sectioned, faired in headlights.....
Ther the solution for the clearance of the wheels when you channel and lower the car: move the fenders up.

Yeah... whata shame for the original Barbot...
But this one look like channelled?
Or just the fenders have been raised up??
The original Barbot is channelled with front fenders on the original place. _________________ www.super2cv.com |

I think both. The sides have been sectioned as well. _________________ Don't ask me what I think of you 'cause I might not give the answer that you want me to.

There's probably only one of these around. It's a Dutch car, sleeping in Zutphen, same state as in the picture. See here:

YES INDEED!
In the exact same hands (and same shape) as when you saw it in NITRO.
Somewhere near Montélimar. _________________ 0 to 70 in the same day! |

I've heard he doesn't drive it anymore, or very rarely...
Which explains why it it still in good nick.
But that can be considered as very good news if the car doesn't leave it's garage anymore

I found this superb car in one of our albums. The photo was taken during our annual camping weekend in Boechout (B) 1992.
Although lots of people might hate it, this car shows exactly what we miss today: feeling for details, quality and harmony.
Unfortunately it has changed owners the past few years and recently got fucked up by the last one. I believe it's now purple metallic, finished with airbrush and tribals I think and chromed rims ... |
