Apart from the chassis and the bodyshell, there are issues with everything else on that car... Confused

Already changed the gearbox since the pic, and I'm still working on the engine : new cylinders and pistons, new valves etc... Hope it won't leak and smoke anymore.

ah... Shit like this unfortunately happen...
If you put some new seals on the engine, if you clean it and if you put new cylenders / pistons, etc, that should do.
Actuelly if you have a bit of money to spend on the engine, take the cylender heads and the valves to a specialist. He'll to the right set up and the breaking in for you.
This is what I've done on mine (after the cleanning of the heads) and mechnicaly wise the result is just fantastic!

That looks really amazing, but I'll change the valves myself very soon. I need a car very quickly, it has to be driveable next week !

Etienne, I saw somewhere in the topic that you placed the front indicators in the headlight - did you write somewhere how you did that. I'm planning to get rid of my indicators to.

Cheers,
Marcus

Yes I added some orange bulbs in the front head lights. But later I changed the optics and never did it again. So I've been driving these last 2 years without front turn signals. It works fine too.

Thanks!

It would be fine for me but the Swedish MOT will unfortunately not be too forthcoming. I might use small motorcycle indicators that are E-approved.

Or just change your front fenders when you go to the MOT, that's what I do !
