yes, I know it is not just a cafe racer, but it's more style from the one I was thinking of. have had a few pictures of a couple half modern cafe racers on my old PC, but it died.
Has had purchased TT handebars. front rim. rear spring. lamps. just need another seat, tires and air filters. And so ofcause a lot of time and paint. But think like I want to keep the tank if I can get it changed little.
But we must of course see what grows from the workshop. _________________ Mvh. Lars E

This one is an Indian Boardtracker. They put wholes in the cylindres to geht less pressure.

It was very rough to take place at an boardtrack race. I read an article about those races some years ago. These bikes didnīt have any brakes, and the woodn boardtracks were covered with engineoil. During the races some craftsmen had to repair the track, because the wooden boards gets off. Sometimes the drivers geht hurt bei the nails, wich were flying around ... very rough _________________ Thatīs not broken ... thats normal

This is my insperation |
That is quite a nice looking bike. It would be difficult to find a style that works well with that tank, I'm not sure if that bike managed it or not. Maybe it needs a smaller tank from something like an RXS 100. Maybe this can help, http://nx650elsinore.blogspot.com/
This is my favorite bike site at the moment, it's got lots of cool bikes in different styles, and is very good for inspiration. http://www.pipeburn.com/
This was my first road bike it's a CB100-N, I made the tail piece from glassfibre more than 10 years ago.

I still have the bike, (I took the photo last week), but I don't think I like the style anymore, it's too big. Maybe it looks better without the tail, or maybe I need to change the tank as well? What do you think?

I would certainly lose the rear indicators, and maybe fit a smaller back light on a shorter mudguard. _________________ More is always more

Hi, I love this, it's a 1951 Peugeot P56. But not many parts are original, engine is an AMC from 1954.
