Oh I wasn't talking about that chassis in particular, but a decent chassis in general... i wouldn't touch that one with a bargepole Laughing

Max, is that engine and box still up for grabs or are you having it for a later project???
I might be interested if the price is right Cool .
Looks like it used to be a submarine with that ammount of rust Wink .

are you on 2cvgbforum? its matt smiths. Very Happy he is on this forum but i dont think he is on that much.

thats a good idea to get it 602 cc.
a 4 cilinder engine is going faster only you can't get enough parts to get them rolling.

and the 602 technic is going years and years. Good luck to fix the chassis of the Wegenwacht VAN

I think making 2cv's whit GS engines are always good ideas. There will
still be enough 602 engined 2cv left. Cool But for sure you need to use
some more money to make it.

Decided. I'm gonna stick with my vw 1835cc lump. It looks a far simpler engine than the 1220cc and i know i can get bits for it anywhere in the world (nearly) Cool .

Shout Curtis off the 2CVGB forum, It turns out he has a pretty good Ami Super chassis bare and ready to sort out i believe.

Im actually quite worried about those pictures you took of mine, it looks 'fooked. Razz
