If you're feeling wild you can use 115/50/15 sparewheel tires. They used to
be quite common in 90's. They are for temporary use and max speed
80km/h. But thats fine speed for 2cv and you can say that you just use it temporarily Wink

You can also get some 145/70/15 tires which are more low than original
michelins. I think our current Banner car is having those.

Anyway you dont need those without channeling.

Its hard to find usefull sized 15" motorcycle tyres.
Also round profile shouldn't be so good in car.

I disagree a little, because when a 2cv is lowered the wheels lean over far more on cornering than they do when the suspension is at standard height. Surely they are reacting very much like a motorcycle when they do this and therefore would be more suited to using motorcycle tyres??
A lot of the kit cars with three wheels are often fitted with bike tyres on the front for this reason. Very Happy

russ uses some smart car tyres, ask him bout them on face book, i2f or pm him.

I dont think it looks as low, if not on a channeled car, I prefer taller tyres Cool

how about fiting 15" space saver tyres??? They are very thin and they do them in very low profiles. The only issue is that they are limited to a max speed of 80kmh but this should be enough for a 2cv surely. Afterall they are used on BMW's and im sure the owners of those cars dont stick to 80kmh.
If you look on Ebay they are very cheap also Wink Very Happy

I have 155/60/15 Yoko's, to be honest, they look a bit too small, I prefered the look of a 135 Mich on my last car.

I don't think this:

looks as good as this...
