First of all I want to thanks Crazy Belgian.
His 2CV was my inspiration.
My 2CV has the same air cilinders but several difference.
First of all I use a compressor from a refrigerator.
I think a video is better of my BAD english:

Here some picture about the compressor during the test:
The power for the compressor is supplied by a second battery.
If you follow the blue pipe on the left you can see the self levelling valve that provide to keep the car level on startup and during driving. There are 2 valve sx and dx.
Obviously I can exclude valves to modify the ride.

To charge 2 batteries i used a 45A alternator from a FIAT UNO FIRE and a circuit to manage the charging of the batteries.
Because I need some 220V here is a 2500W sost start inverter. The compressor when starts needs 1600W for 0,5s and after 160W (on 220v)
To control almost everything I built this stuff:

Hi Matteo, I like Your Ride! It' s a very crazy car, when you want you can use this 2cv as "snail car" or as 2cv Off Road, very interesting! Compliments!

Nice that you've made some detailphoto's.
How does it behave on the road compared to "normal springs"? |

Hy Etienne!
I'm very happy to talk about my project with you!
No I have not channelled the body. To much work to do
So if I ride totally lowered I'm at 3cm from the ground. Very dangerous |
