I really like your idea, but there are much better old style bomber seats than these ones.
And these kind of seats have to be directly on the ground to look good, so it means the car needs a channelling! Laughing

Good point, I know you want to see it channeled, and beleive me, I would to, but it aint gonna happen in the foreseable future!

The seats are different, which i like, if they look gay, then fair enough, i was wrong, I wont use them, but i have a vision in my head and I think itll work.

With the dollar as low as it is, it might be an idea to compare the price of those seats to the bomber seats Speedwaymotors sell (from 199$ up) I guess the ones you showed us aren't cheap, unless your friend has a tip to get them easy.

It looks somehow weird.. Maybe stance is not best like that. Some rake would make it better? maybe.

Nah, everybody has a roofrack now, Ive got one for the estate but I think it would spoil the lines of the saloon.

I wanna take stuff off not put it on really.

Spoken like a true hotrodder. Some matt-metallic green scallops would look bitchin' on this....

Yeah, as I said earlier, it needs a top chop if you want a 6 berline as low (or lower) than that... the greenhouse is too high, and the fact that the roof is longer at the top than at the bottom visually exaggerates the effect.

Get your saw out Shed... Laughing

Hey

Dunno what ref Kirkey seat the one you showed us is, but the more basic 41700, looks like this :

And with a bit of sawing and sewing...

Could look like this :

Just a thought... I think what I don't like with the one you showed is the sides that come up really high, kinda "Red Sparco in my tuning Saxo" style...

Cheers

Joseph
