Ok thanks.
I've got a universal 4 wire lamdasensor and made this print, but it doesn't work yet. Maybe I can fix it tomorow.
I think/hope the leds are fixed wrong. |

Did you take the correct wire for the signal and does your lambda sensor get hot enough to let it work properly? I don't know by hard which color the signal wire has, but I can have a look in one of my bosch books over the weekend.

I guess it's the white one, black is ground en greys are for heating. _________________ 2CV, with Visa turbo charged |

I have a 4 wire lambda with heating.
The print is fixed wrong and I don't want to fix it anymore. I have spent to much time. So today I orderd a complete one. Not the one Bart has, but a round one for 39,50. A little bit to blingbling, but a better and cheaper solution.

I've got to white wires for heating and one grey (signal I tought ) en one black. |

i thought that the black wire was the signal and the white are for the extra heating, grey should be ground.
a volt meter will also work fine as a lambda meter. 0.85 volt @ flat out is good. _________________

You are correct Stefan, I looked it up to be sure. White is heating, grey is ground and black is signal. So Punky back to the drawing board and connect your lambda sensor again. It took me 3 times before my sensor worked and it works great. _________________ 2CV, with Visa turbo charged |

But Dolf,
does your lambda sensor get hot enough? I think I have seen it on 2cv.nl in the swanneck. I'm not sure if the exhaust gasses are still hot enough there, if not it affects the reading of the sensor and that might also be the cause that your box isn't working.

I guest it. I fixed it with a manual, so it must be good. I get my new meter at Friday, so than I could see if everything works.
I think the extra heating in the lambda should ben enough. My homemade meter doesn't work also in the test-stage.
I also have a Y-pipe in place of the original first exhaust. So the gasses are faster to the lambda.
I first check if this works, otherwise I have to change the place of the Lambda. I tought this was the best place. This is where the 2 pipes come together.

I will, but couldn't last year. This year I decide to stay home to work on my 2cvs rather than watch others... but instead I wasn't well last weekend + the week before, so couldn't have gone anyway this time. Hopefully I next year, with my own car ideally. _________________ I like to play |

Okay,.... too long no news from my side.
First of all cause I didn't have so much time for my cars, but most of all because I made even less pictures. Nevertheless, my AZ is getting close to getting on the road, so there is something to come!
This spring I did some preperations on my 2cv for 4 weeks Balkan trip in the summer. After a longweekend welding the front of my chassis and changing the gearbox for a rebuild, I drove home but all of a sudden I had no power (in the dark on the side of the motorway) Found I had no spark, but after I while I found that the camshaft did't turn anymore...
Weekend after I opened op my engine to see whats wrong I'd say; who beats me to this?
Funny enough there wasn't much more wrong. Only valves had 'kissed' the pistons, but funny enough the plugs came out red.
Meanwhile it is all sorted with a rebuild engine which did around 10000km since this incident _________________ I like to play
