Hey there!

Ok, a lot of friends of me are already here showing of there projects and so I can't stay behind!
I've already built an 4x4 2cv on base of a '88 Samurai and a Special carross. but before I built a 2cv on Ami Super Chassis with Axel engine and Gearbox without lengthening the nose (ugly) I drove it for about 4 years I think and then I built the 4x4 and parked the 4-cilinder in a barn.
I hated the oil-leaks everytime Evil or Very Mad and I missed the Hp's.... So I bought myself a year ago a Subaru Legacy with a 2.0 liter turbo intercooled engine All Wheel Drive with 200Hp's!! Very Happy Very Happy This engine and complete drivetrain i want to fit on my Ami Super chassis...
I don't have a clue how to Question , but I will find out during the time!
I cleaned up my garage, will get my weld-machine back en get the 4-cilinder and Subaru to my place! Razz
I will try to keep you informed each now and then.

Grtx,

This is an article I made about the Diek's offroad 2CV:

(For the one they can read french: my text has been heavily modified by the editor... that's why it sounds stupid sometimes) Rolling Eyes

And this is one page of the article I made about the "Subaru" Ak of Frank (he's a friend of Diek)!

Thnx for the pic's Etienne!

Frank from Duckservice.nl actually "stole" my idea a little bit about the Subaru engine. (I used to work there a few years ago) But he still uses a GS/A gearbox and I don't want that.
Jacob (Jacobus) tried also, bur sadly he changed again back to GS...
Adrie (Atrois) is now working on a Subaru engine but also using the gs gearbox.

Before I can start with the Subaru/2cv project I have to empty my garage which means I have to finish someones car first...
It's an 1980 Mercede GD240 in good technical shape but they can rust like a 2cv!
for pic's see:

Last friday I bought a "barnfind" 2cv Azam '65! (I'll send the pic's to Etienne because I don't have a clue how to post them...)
This one is in pretty good and original shape and will be placed on my Ami-Super chassis with the Subaru drivetrain... Shocked
I will try to keep it as much as possible in this condition because I like it! (what colourless stuff can I use to prevent rust-through but not make it shine??)

I bought it with French license papers (carte gris) and it stood in France for about 10 years in a barn, then the guy bought it and placed it also for almost 10 years in a barn here in Holland!

And the best part of it, I payed €250,-- ! Very Happy
