Me and my Dyane are 34 years in this year... From 1974... I bought this in 1993, after visiting World Meeting in Nurmes, without any plan to get any 2cv ever... And here we are..! Rolling Eyes

I'm 33. Owned several Citroens since when I was 18. After a while, it transpired that of all the citroens, I can only afford to keep a 2CV on the road.

If you come to the Netherlands in august, visit Slammers HQ in Ede. My friend has a 2CV workshop and he has all the parts. If you need something, just let him know. He can ship it or you pick it up in august.

This is him:

I'm 31 tomorrow! Crying or Very sad Sad

My dad bought a 2cv on my 13 th Birthday, i own it now! Bought my first 2cv when i was 16 after saving my money from 3 different paper rounds & a sunday job...

Have always had at least one 2cv even though i have owned 'other' cars. I've got them out of my system now! I know that i will always own 2cv's - i love the whole scene & i'd be lost without it!

Why tha sadface?! How old you are have nothing too do with how you live you're life!
I'm 32 and have no problem with that. Since this is my first post here, I'll just say I think this it's a great forum! Everything is allowed and many users from many countries. Thats great!
I'm used to DS and CX from I was a little child. Got my first 2CV when I was 30. Loved it!! It's surch a great feling, thats the 2CV is tha greatest of them all! What ever happens, you can allways trust tha 2CV Cool

I'm hoping I can go on a big journey with a 2CV. Thats my dream.
Going trough many countries and see new places.

You all got great cars and Ideas, but that lowering-idea some of you have has no meaning. "If you cant drive her as a daily driver, it has no meaning"...... Wink

What you think of a drive like Europe too China, then Thailand and then Europe again? That would rock......

i'm from 1965, feel like 25 and grew up with parents who were only driving citroen, 2cv, id, ds, gs, cx (my father was the 2nd person in the netherlands who bought a cx), xantia, c3 pluriel and lomax.

i owned more than 30 cars, half of them citroen. right now a 2cv6 from 1985, an id20 from 1969 and a mercedes 300d from 1980.

What???
No.... That's true I made some sparkles on the Norvegian roads (they are quite bumpy) and so what?

And anyway, you can drive really low and every day everywhere!
And wtf, 2 CV is so easy to raised up in case you need to!

Welcome here btw!
