Looks good! I know there was a french Ami6 with 4cyl. in Vinadio (on the backfield, bit further back where Ph. Petré was camping with his blue convertible) and Jeroen Cats used to have a black 4cyl. 6 break! |

A picture of the side of the car would be interesting to see how the 4 cylinders where accomodated...

Too bad Jeroen had sold his Six Super and removed the photos from his site, he used to have lots of detailed pictures of that car ... |

Hmm, I was sure I'd seen pics of it on his website. But I didn't know that was the reason why they are not there now.
His was really ugly though, it was worse than a lengthened 2cv bonnet _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.

I never heard about the french one... P Pétré would have told me if so, I wonder...
Concerning the Jereoen Cats, I heard about it but never seen it. He should have talk about it in his website, shouldn't he ?
At least, I found few years ago on the web an estate AMi 6 with an Ami super chassis and engine made by a German guy (don't you remendber Lionel, I think I mailed you the link ?). I tried to find back the link for you all, but iI have to tidy my computer, as my garage !!!
The work was not very beautifull, seemed to be done in a couple of day. He lengthened the bonnet and the front of the fenders but all of this was built like my son's Legos... _________________ I'm a Rod Breaker

Jeroen Cats did put pics of the car on his site.
It was a Black 6 Estate. and the lengthening as said previous was hideous, although very clean.
The german one was blue, was it not ?

I've never seen the french one ever again, only in Vinadio. As far as I can remember it was an estate, bleu mesange (?) with Club headlights and Super rims ...
Jeroen had published all about the car on his site, but every time a car was sold he used to delete them from his virtual museum. |
