Hi,

It's been almost two years that I started looking for a decklid for my Belgian 2cv AL. If anybody knows one for sale, give me a sign. Distance and condition of this part doesn't matter at all! I need the first model with the lower placed handle like shown on photo 1. Photo 2 shows the second model with higher placed handle.

Thank you,

Sam

I'm still looking for this part! Wink

But I also need some other parts:
- suicide doors (AZ), preferably NOS
- headlights 2cv A (with little rubber to hold the glass)
- gearbox 2cv A ('54)
- inner front wing 2cv A (right side)
- Seima rear lights Traction Avant (NOS)
- Robri first model, complete or incomplete set
and so many more that I can't think of right now.

Some photos to clear things up.

Thanks!

Sam

Hi Sam,
Sorry can't help you on these bits, but for the bootlid: isn't it possible to get the second model and modify that to the first model? Or is the second model just as difficult to get?

Good luck, Bart

Hi Bart,

Unfortunately they second model is as difficult to get as the first one. The second model is also different on the inside. The pattern of the first model is like a cross, second model are circles (see picture 1 in the corner on the left) There is also a third model, which is actually the same as the second but made out of fibreglass and only mounted on the '57. I have a brandnew old stock third model, but since it's more rare than any part of a Sahara and made out of the wrong material I'm not going to use/modify that. Very Happy I'll have one handmade if I can't find any, but I don't want to give up hope on finding an original piece.

Okay, what a story. I understand your wish to make it 100% original, but the story of that third bootlid is just as amazing as the other two, so I would just put that on my car if I were you. Wouldn't hurt the car at all.

Good luck and all the best, Bart

Thank Bart, I'm sure I'll find the right solution to solve that little problem.

And now something else. I have no clue how to say this in english but I'm looking for this part for my 375cc. 18,5cms long, Citroën ref. A 114-94. I tried one from a 12hp, but they seem to be different. Anybody has one of those in stock?

Thanks.

I think that is called a cyliderhead stud, or just stud, have a look in a Haynes manual that will tell you for sure.
Sorry again I don't stock these...

Cheers, Bart

Great, I just bought a set from Ebay but I'm afraid they aren't real.

The original logo

The ones I just bought

And they are 0,5cm higher than the originals ... Great news to start a new day. But hey, sun is shining! Wink
