Hi there,
first things first,
i did not invent anything,
I copy a lot of ideas of existing cars and modify them to my idea.
I am not a mecanic/bodyworker
I am far from finished the project. I repeat, far from finished!
I love negative ans also postive comments
To much pictures and far to long to explain, if you have questions shoot, i also did ask to other people and told them to copy there things, but here are some things :
Channeling 9 cm the unusual way
Mid engine motor
no more rear axel
lengthen chassis 32cm
Suspension and absorbers modified
Floor and foot and almost all interior panels homemade. _________________ ami rules |

I am interested in mounting small, fast removabel front fenders like the one on scar, lomax type. Any ideas how to make this?
I want the car "nude", no fancy things, nothing on it, real sober and neutral looking from the outside.
Also, i don(t know what color this car should be, i love grey colors, , especially the mouse grey from VW buses...any other ideas would be nice.
Thank's! _________________ ami rules |

really digging this project!
very cool. is it possible to get this roadlegal in belium??
are you mounting a gearbox up front to brake the front wheels?
for cyclewings up front you'll need something like this:
http://www.burton2cvparts.com/spatbordbeugel-rvs-cyclewing-links-p-5313.html?language=en
these bracket mount to the steering-arm-bolts, but maybe you can make your own snap-on/snap-off system.
but i must say, this car could also be really cool with elongated front fenders. it seems that you have the skills to make those! i'm sure you'll know olli's hotrod 2cv, he runs naked front wheels, but also deleted the fenders at the back. |

Hello,
nobody talked about roadlegal, i putt the car in my garage once finished and look at it.
Yes, empty gearbox in front fot the brakes and also the gastank is in front (original 2cv one)
I know those cyclewings, but i wil be running 16inch tyres in front with very high tires, so those from burton are only 15 inch.
Cheers! _________________ ami rules |

Hello,
still not decided what color this car should be, a dark maroon, a nice grey...? No flashy color that's for sure!
Any ideas? _________________ ami rules |

You're some way away from painting yet. Not sure you need a definite colour quite yet _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.
