500 kilos with a (much) heavier engine/gearbox than stock in it + roll cage etc ?

Stock weight of Dyane is like 600 kilos ? How did you manage a VW chassis that light ?

don't rember exactly, but about 500kg with the stock vw engine.
weighed on a certified scale.

but my new plans are to fit a gsx1300r engine wich weight about the same as the stock engine, minus the stock trans.
