feel free to delete if you feel this should not be on here
but these are the wire wheels I have fitted to my Hotrod, very similar to Olli's 2cv rod but I'm using 17 inch Ford Y on the front and 16 inch 35 Ford on the rear..

Talking of wire wheels, I picked these up off ebay for around 18 euro's. 3 x Ford model Y 17 inch wires....

They are Avion wheels. They use specially cast, CNC machined and heat treat aluminium hubs. No adapter is needed. The rim is Harley Davidson type. Tyres are Avon Gangsters in 16" x 130/90.
They were built by the Devon Rim Company. They were only supplied with Avion kits and are no longer available. |
