Hi,

A few weeks ago i bought myself a second car, for use as a daily driver.
This to keep my Dyane, witch i fully restored with my dad, as good as possible for as long as possible.
After a bit of searching for other Dyane's and 2cv's i more or less acidentally stumbled upon this 1969 Ami 8 with disc brakes.
It is fully original (but with 'french-patchwork' Razz ) and has a rock-solid chassis and floors (exept for one little piece on the right rear)
The car runs, drives and brakes but needs a tune up.
It still has french MOT till 2013.

Plans are te get it on Belgium plates, treat the whole underside preventive for rust, change the paint, lower it, and just drive Cool
And ofcourse fitting a killer stereo for blasting heavy metal Twisted Evil

I worked my basic idea out on a 2cv with Kurt's "My2cv"

It certainly is a good town for it Razz
Plan is to get the Ami done in time for the Wacken Open Air fesival in Germany Cool
But before i can get strated i first need to build myself a carport so i can get my Dyane out of the garage.

@Duck-Tuc: where are you from then?

Hey,

I'm sure if you would sit down and think for a while, you could easily come
up with less cliché color theme. I mean seriously, haven't we already seen
flat black/ red rims/white walls Neutral
