in holland every car made before 1978 has got a blau licenceplate
from that the yellow plate was introduced(and later the yellow europlate)
with an 11-aa-11/aa-11-aa(and so on) combination on it
in 2009 those cominations ware full and they started 11-aaa-1 combinations
this golf was imported to holland and has got a plate from 2010(import date) on an old plate(date of build)
and i think that sucks!!
to do it right he should get an import oldtimer nr. from the RDW
with the right combination
or get yellowplates! Wink

now he's old but he's in doubt that he wants to show it

I think this bleu plate looks better than a yellow one, even tough the registration combination is a new one.

Not much we can do about it, and it's no big deal i think.

The woodruff special...

http://petrolhigh.blogspot.com/2010/11/lowest-bug-on-world.html

when there is someone who builds a similar 2CV, know that there will be no room for chassis frame, but all the iron can cut and welded.

Hopefully no one builds 2cv like that cause that thing is everything else but cool.
