OK we know that a 'general lee' 2CV has been done before but im intending the 'shed' to pass its new MOT soon-ish after some work with the MIG.

I want to flat it all off, roller on a coat or two of Hemi Orange and then get the big 01 on the doors and idea is to have 'The General' wording on top side body sweeps. And i've already bought the correct 'dixie' air horns. Oh and it will be a bit low too.

Is this crap or Coolio???

Well if it suits you, GO!
But I'd rather have done it with a Dyane or AMI, but...

Don't forget to weld the front doors shut, to enter your car by windows, and to cut your top in a rebel flag! YEEHAA!!!

Definitely the above, it would be a shame to lose the hard earned patina on the Drummer & you KNOW a sidewinder Dyane would be the law!

At least its not made from expanding foam like me and Neils cars are though.

Dont ruin the shed patina, with a car like that you have to keep it bodged as long as is possible until it REALLY will never be MOT'd again. it does need slamming though Matt.

And a tatoo.

OK thanks guys, sidewinder it will be then, soon-ish.

As for shed, yes i agree now i think, it needs to stay as it looks. LOW is tricky on that car, it seems to have bent tie rods so moving any height will be a chore and half, especially as 2 of them are seized silly.

why didnt the shed get a snail logo painted on, im gonna sulk.........and you know i will.

You should have come and played with the cool kids Matt!

All you need to do is print and cut out the template from the tatoo thread!

Should Ken the Dyane get scrapped then Ill try and rob the spring cans etc off it so your scabmobile can be low if you want?
