Hi all,

Does anyone know what kind of color this is?

I'm going to paint my super-2cv next week and i'm looking for a nice (flat) color.

You could also check 2cv colors here:

(Vert Embrun is the color I'm considering for my own 63 project... or perhaps Gris Typhon)

I like that. Old 2cv's are so sweet.

Picking a color is a hard job....

The color schemes I like:
- Flat dark red body, shiny black rims, white walls and a flat black roll bar
- Flat ligth green body, shiny grey rims, (maybe white walls) and a flat black roll bar
- Flat ligth blue body, shiny grey rims, (maybe white walls) and a flat black roll bar

I'd like to make a hoodride out of it.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

I dont really like white walls on 2cv, just cause you cant get proper tyres on
that use. All those accesorie ww's looks so cheap. For 2cv I think its good to
pick color from original color chart.

I was thinking about painting the white walls using latex paint.

By the Way: I found a nice webshop for ordering 1K flat paint. It's located in germany and they can deliver flat paint in all RAL colours (and even more color charts). Check: http://www.militärlacke.de

Proper vulcanized white wall Michelins could be fixed, talk to these guys:

I'm considering them on my DS... (never on a 2cv)

Hello
I find this side, where you can look for a lot of colors:
http://color-online.glasurit.com/?language=8

have fun searching "old colours". The mixing tabels are of course from this german firm, but i hope it can help.

greets June
