Right thats sorted the driveshafts out and Ive read the thread on wheel PCD but what I'd like to do is turn and narrow my front arms similar to Jozefs Ami but an extra 2cm to fit 2cv to beetle adapters. what are your thoughts on this? Ive checked out the thread on cool beetles and have a few ideas on wheel style but would like your thoughts.

dunno if the beetle rim offset is similar to 2cv but it's certainly a good idea to narrow the arms in order to tuck the spacers in so the wheels are more or less in where they are originally

I've got a pair of alloys I'll be fitting to the AMI once finances allow me to, and I'll probably be modifying the front hubs, but that's another story
