Sorry guys! havent been near an internet connection for a few days. Just arrived an hour or so ago, the last few 100 kms doing around 140 constant, slipstreamin with a new friend all the way back from Sweden to Nederland.

We ended up staying only 1 day in Hell-sinki. Had dinner and went to a few bars around town. That was.... tuesday, I think. We saw a band called Superchrist in the Redrum club. They have a great soundsystem and the band was very good. Nice bass-player too! Forking hell! As the finns say.

We went back to Stockholm the next day to drive to the south for a Hotrod meeting called Oldstyle weekend. That was great and ten times better weather than Borlange (30 degrees and sun).

Finnish words learned: Salmiakki, Perrrkele.
Swedish words learned: Den Skrattende Kon (La vache qui rit). God morgon. Hej! Tack.

Most Swedes and Finns speak excellent english so we did not have to learn much more.

I lost about 1 litre in 3.500 kms. I's not that much but I want perfection!

Also lost about 2mm off the bolts of my front axle. The car was a little too low. Everytime I braked hard the chassis hit the road. Also with sharp turns the front tires scraped the edge of the front fenders...

Also lost the front licenseplate before I was at the end of my street. I had not driven it since it was sprayed and lowered. Especially with all luggage and two persons!

I had to turn it up at the meeting site. They had the tool to turn the suspension rods. Heightened it ten turns, everything fine.

Here you can see the damage. Driving through the grass also cleaned the underside pretty well....

Some other piccies:

Underway in Germany we bumped into some friends, unfortunately, they were probably asleep in the trailers or something.

First night in formule1 hotel, Malmo, Sweden:

Greetings to MR Woody Deuche! Great car and thanks for the sticker, it is proudly displayed on my rear window!

Breakfast in Hell-sinki:

Sleeping at the Oldstyle weekend hotrod meeting:

My slipstreamin' friend on the way home, introducing Mr. Mark in the Dark.

Finally I would like to say i had a great time, good to meet all the partypeople and Etienne, how about those pictures? Anything good?

Can't wait, can't wait!
It was quite early in the morning but it was worth it!

Hope you made some pictures of your car with the bike on it? That looked great as well!

Well, if they just confiscated the papers, that's OK...

Did he drive away with it afterwards ? Laughing

Well, it was a real roadracer but when the police start looking they WILL ALLWAYS find something wrong. Exhaust too loud, tires bald etc etc.

I do believe parts of it were rescued but in a sorry state. The car is history. But new history is being written with the green car.
