Today I bought an Ami Super break. Unfortunately it has no papers Sad The car is complete but very rusty. The chassis and engine are excellent...
Don't know what to do with it yet because I first have to finish some other cars before starting a new project.

The DS is your?

Bodyshell is too rusty to be restored? Planning to use it with 2cv body or something?

An channelled Ami Super would be great by the way! Wink

Yes, I also picked up my DS yesterday. My garage was sold by the owner so I could not rent it anymore so the DS has also had to come home...It is a little bit busy around the house now with 8 cars Confused

I don't now yet what to doe with the Ami but first I have to finish my 2cv Special.

If you live close to Arnhem/Nijmegen, I have a storage/workshop place, cheap.

Thanks Bart,

but I live in Rotterdam so that is a little too far. And if the cars are around the house I think ity is easier to do things. Distance is a sort of barier to go on on projects I have found out...

Because everything is so small, people have a problem to think big.

Shocked Whow Martijn, you saved it of the crapyard!! Cool Just leave it waiting untill you have finished your other projects and than see what to do with it. I think a channeled ami super would be excellent, Etienne's dyane looks cracking so I'd say give it a thought.

Cheers, Bart

By the way 8 cars Shocked, my dad is not allowed to complain about my 2,5 2CVs...

The body doesn't look that bad. I would save it if at all possible.

I am thinking about making an Ami Super Service tolée from it. I know a guy with a wreck of an Ami 8 service tolée.

Here some other pictures of the transport:
