I'm not 100% sure, but I suppose it is a Radar an A typer build by in Belgium.

Complete fiberglass body made in Belgium. Originally designed and built by Robert Radar in the late fifties and later sold by Citroën Belgium. Unfortunately the blue one has been badly restored, the body isn't even straight on the chassis ... on the left the front wheel is running nicely in the wing, on the right it is almost coming out. |
