TüV just means your car is street legal in Germany. But guys I had a quick look at this and one may argue about the looks, but the tractor comparison doesn't really make sence. Tractors have high bonnets like Olli's hotrod picture and the position of the front wheels varies between the two positions shown. Thats why I call them as Tractor rods. This is not visually best option. If I would not be able to move front axle I would keep fenders in the car.
