Hi and welcome here!

I think we fast saw each other in Sweden, no?
You were looking to the Olli's azu, and you did wear a AC/DC shirt, right?

Did you built this car by yourself?
I made a pic of it in Vinadio :

*Olli* yes, i remember. and saw the bike in MCM.

The engine and the channelling...
The channeling is simpel,, cut the floore out and weldet new in Wink (the old was rotten) just original aftermarket parts only modifid.
Ist 5cm lower.

Engine at the moment:
Dyane M28 602ccm. 9,5/1
Portet heds, standard valvs
Stainles custom exhaust
Light flywheel (4,5Kg)
MegaSquirt injektion (MSn'S)
That it, and 35Hp, and 44Nm.

Hi Lars, why do you still have the standard inletmanifold when running on Megasquirt? It causes a lot of drag on the inlet flow and some friends who have more experiance in this field told me that one can expect a power increase when you get rid of this long resiting manifold.

For the rest: great car, although I prefer the ripple bonnet on it in stead of the normal one combined with the big bumper, but that is obviously a matter of taste.

Cheers, Bart

Hi Lars

Olli pointed out to me that you were running the engine without cooling covers... (not obvious in the photos)

How does that work out ?

No overheating issues ?

Thanks

Hi...

Alot of work around the house.
I have plans for a more modern inletmanifold, but i have not found trotlebody's (2stk. 30mm.) in the right size yet.

Cooling... I have a larger oil cooler where I cut inner vings for ekstra air. In denmark its not a problem, but I am going to mount the original fan housing on it, but with an elektrical fan instedt.
With a turbo/compresser mountet I need a lot more cooling (witch is my next projekt)

The Visa has light flywheel, portet heads, 9,5-1 comp., Mikuni carb's, megasquirt controlt spark, standard 2cv cam (275/255)

The old bonnet...... hmm.... I needed more space for engine parts, and didn't want to cut holes in my bonnet.

Hello Lars, and welcome here.

I just read that you use Megasquirt AND spark, I have hundreds of questions, you should do a teknikal topic about that!
From start, what parts do you use? monopoint throtle body? what make, what car? how did you modified your tank for return line? is your pump inline or imerged? if imerged, how did you do that?
What are your values in the VE (volumetric efficiency) table? By the way what MS board version are you using?
How do you get your spark control information, do you use standard Visa sensor and flywheel point, or a 36-1 or 64-2 wheel and then where do you put it?

Ho, and if I am not having vision problems, you plan on using a modified LN(A) or Visa gearbox, how did you fit brake disks on this one? or is it GS gearbox?

Hell, give us informations, I am turning mad, GAAHhhaaa, BLBLBLblbl!!!!!

It looks Gs gearbox with Visa clutch housing and input shaft. I made about ten years ago same to my Dyane to have Visa engine and "better" (read: different, not normal, not the easy way...) gearbox. And also Olli's AzuSuper have clutch housing from Visa between Gs engine and gearbox. Only modification what is needed to clutch housing is to make holes for brakedisks...

Hi again

Hi lionel, i can try sending my MSQ to you.

Was on the dyno d.29/9 in otterup on fyn.
The unorficial data. just over 36Hp. and 49Nm. on a standart'is 602...

On the printout its only 34hp. and 48,8Nm. The fuelfilter was blockt, so the engine cut out at 5000rpm.
