Regarding Dario's 2cv, yes it is very shiny, I have some pictures from years ago when he had widened normal rims on it and a widened but closed rear fenders, that was probably better.
Engine is bog standard as far as I'm aware, and with those wide tyres it is not very quick uphill...
The front plate is cool, but when he gets stopped in Croatia it will costs him approx. 10 Euro's straight into the wallet of the policeman...
