Hello, I couldn’t come to the world meeting this year.
My 2CV is ready, but my holidays were refused by my boss. GRRRR !!!
I wish you a good meeting _________________ Guillaume SANTACRUZ

Looking forward to see some snail-2cvs and maybe talk to their owners too
I'm not driving a 2cv because of travelling with my wife and son (10 months old). But I guess it's better to show up in an uninteresting car than not show up at all..
At least I'll bring some 2cv-toys for my son _________________ '71 2cv 6 · '74 Ami Super Berline · '70 Ami 6 Service (project) · 2(3) AZU projects · 2cv since '93 · C5 v6.24 · GPicasso 2.0 hdi · 307cc |

I go to the Czec world meeting in 25 of july, The start is from La Spezia (Italy) at 4.00 A.M. ... In my old 2cv we are three persons: me, my wife Cristina, my son Luna, and... A lot of luggage! Alwais at the world meetings my "deuche" is with the the back near the ground ad the muzzle that looks the sky... If you meet on the way a long and slow queue of cars no doubt, at the head of it there is my car (vel. max 60-70 km/h)! |

Hello guys and girls.
Myself and 5 other cars are travelling over from England to Dunkerque on the 25th at about 8am french time.
Driving through france, belgium, czech. Then on the return trip, down through czech, into switzerland, south of france to a place near lyon where we will spend a few days at one of our groups friends camp site.
So looking forward to the 2 weeks away from home and more importantly, away from work
Looking forward to seeing some of you snailers at the WM .
SAFE JOURNEY TO EVERYONE AND TAKE IT EASY GUYS.

Hey actually i think our ferry is at 4am as well so if you see us at the port come over and say hello .
We are gonna take 3 or 4 days to get to CZECH driving for about 4hrs a day then stopping at various camping sites, that way we can enjoy the villages, towns and sample their hospitality along the way.
Have you got any plans for the trip yourself?? _________________ If it works ok, "LEAVE IT THE FUCK ALONE". |

Yes mate will give you a look. I will be in the desert sand coloured 2cv with trailer, also the grey estate 2cv ive just done and other friends one with an Ami and teardrop caravan .
Are you sure you can get on the site that early??
I thought that by pre-booking it allowed you access to the site a few hours earlier than everyone else rather than days
Got some more painting to do today and a wheel bearing on my camping trailer. I'll be glad to get away, really need the break .
See you soon, Tony and Family. _________________ If it works ok, "LEAVE IT THE FUCK ALONE". |

Tony, if you've pre-booked, you can enter the site on the monday, if you have pre-booked a tarde stand you can enter the site next sunday evening, if you haven't pre-booked you have to go in the other entrance on tuesday. There are so many pre-booked entrants though I think that monday will be a busy day, me and Neil are aiming at getting there saturday morning (overnight mission, off the boat 8pm friday and direct to site!) we're going to either offer to help last minute preparations, blag our way in, or camp like gypsies outside until sunday evening! _________________

I don't have the time off work to do that, and I love a proper road trip. It's about 600 miles from Calais, so not *that* far, appoximately 12 hours straight not allowing for breaks. _________________

Sorry to hear about that, I'd offer you a seat in my car and pick you up on the way through, but I got drunk at a 2cv meeting last week and already invited a car full of people! maybe you can advertise for a traveling companion to go along with you? _________________
