polished wheels of an vw beetle doesn't fit i think so but off course a nice idea....maybe burton wheels?

I have also old 125x400 pilote wheels....i have seen een ami 6 berline before and it looks nice only the tyres aare expensive too!!

And the hubcubs are original i think so...same as 2cv, dyane mehari etc.

Maybe you meen an other type.

I'f there somebody that will make an photoshop? for nice idea's

There are 2 types of hubcaps : the Ami6 ones and the Dyane ones. Ami6 ones are aluminium and shape is different.

Etienne is right about the aluminium hubcaps with wide border. Small detail, huge difference. Wink http://www.leboncoin.fr/vi/47043774.htm?ca=1_s

400 wheels are a good option as well, looks very good on that Dutch berline! Let's forget about the Burton wheels and Snail logo.

Good luck!

For sure Etienne, except that they're aluminium from 1961 to 1967, and inox since 1967.

i never know that about the hubcaps. Then i going to search this parts.

Somebody in holland? Or did somebody can mail to the french owner of the hubcaps. Mine french are verry bad.

The ami stays now in the garage for a checkup and the technical control.

Tomorrow i hope that i have the ami 6 road legal again.
