Not really. I could, but not on my first 2cv. I was interested in the topic of an estate 2CV, but it seems it went a bit off the original design and somewhat unbalanced. I just wanted to see what I can do to keep the original curves and details and if it is possible. I think it turned out quite decent. I am sorry if I posted it at the wrong place, I did not mean to compete!

saw the estate at registers day
and it looks great, it was nice to see it in the metal
the suspension needs a little work , the back end could be raised a bit (but it was a bit full with kids & camping stuff)
it’ll be nice to see it again in Czech
well done, now whats next |

Wound the front suspension down whilst camping in Germany on the way to CZECH WM.
Then the engine main bearings failed 100k from Most CZECH.
John and Julia Camp (the owners) got the car recovered to Most and when i arrived we sourced a second hand engine and fitted it in three and a half hours .
It ran like a dream and got them all the way accross Europe and home .
Does look a lot better with the front lowered though . _________________ RIP IT UP AND START AGAIN. |
