Finished the rear door and in primer.
And painted the rear wing and passenger side doors.

that first view bears a rather uncanny resemblance to this vehicle.

Cars had one coat of paint, three more to follow. Cut the hood down a bit ready to fit soon. Got the new wheels and tyres on and a couple of other things done.
Anyway heres the photos----
Oh and John came up from Kent and fitted the wood strips to the roof rack. Solid oak which looks great .

it's a shame the rear door handle isn't underneath the ridge in the door, like the OE doors.
Seems like a more natural place for it to be

I really thought the same. The best would have been a doorhandle from a DS or something, under the ridge like the other doorhandles |
