| He has just put it on the french Ebay to get some more people to get interested. He's a UK seller but doesn't ship the car when it's sold. I guess it doesn't appear on the Ebay worldwide when it's local pick-up only. |

The problem is that he is legally bound to sell to the winner of an auction. And he cannot sell to two winners.

The co.uk auction is the one to start bidding on. He mentions in the french advert not to place bids but to follow the link to the english auction. Yeah, a bit against the Ebay rules, but whatever. Earth won't explode because of that. 
On topic: great body to fit on an old chassis with a tuned 500cc engine! 400 wheels, Belgian hubcaps, little brown leather seats, original white steering wheel and I actually like the current color of the body. Or sombre, rouge pavot and bleu weekend would be nice too. |

OK. I don't know French, so I missed that part.
On topic: I think the Bijou is really cool, and I am very, very tempted!
But the timing isn't too good.
