So sorry, i think you do not know anything about german TÜV, this Roadster is the maximun of chance all technical things by thedifferenc of the original.
Ather magine, Weels, pipes and so on......you can see the interesst by questions to this Pictures.....ok its not wellcame....
I see you dont want german people here, sorry we can`t chance things on our cars like you ist another country.
So i will delete my acount and all technical knewlede of a lot of years will be lost for you.

About the fact that we are dumb because we haven't realised that your 2cv is great because it is TüV approved... I just don't know what to say Laughing

Did the guys at the TüV ask you to put Trucker exhausts and 4x4 bumpers ?

The last thing (some) members here are worried about is legal issues...

Supermarket tuning stuck all over a 2cv is not a legal requirement to have a street legal car.

Sorry I come late, it's because I'm in hollidays.

First I want to say than you are welcome on this forum. I assure you there is nothing against german people! I live in Germany and really appreciate this country and people. The refer about the "German style" is because the style of your 2CV is really typical of what we can see in Germany.

But, maybe it's not clear enough, the SNAIL forum is not general custom 2cv forum. There is already general 2cv forum where all kind of style are mixed, what is really interresting too. I still visit general forum, sometimes the laberforum also (but because there are no sections and my german so poor it's really difficult for me). So yes, the style of your car doesn't fit well here, and he doesn't mean than this is not good enough. This is just another style.
I know, some people get it wrong because this is new in 2cv world, to make something specific. It doesn't mean we think we are better, it is just a forum to talk about a specific style without disturbing a general forum...
This is also a forum where everybody can say what he thinks. If somebody doesn't like my car, he can say it. This is a point of view, it doesn't mean this person will be not my friend.

So I hope I made my point. I feel sorry if some person got it wrong.
I didn't know about this "Snail hunter" sticker. I don't get the point to make something like that. Create some hate just because of different kind of taste? This would be stupid. I hope this is just a joke. But I would like to see how look this sticker! Very Happy

So I will be happy to see at the next Attila or before, and if you want to stay on the forum snail, there is really no problem.
