For once a 2cv owner has a good choice for rims, he chooses the ugliest ones... _________________ www.super2cv.com |

They do, Olli, they do...
it's just so hard to find such rare items, that many don't fit them...

I think, Delta Mics wheels are mostly responsable of the shitty custom 2cv scene... And these wheels are really ugly, they look Lada Niva wheel! I don't get why 2cv owners use them so much (just because there is nothing else)!
Here's th answer ! _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Bingo! People in the 2cv world should be more creative, the untastefull make other 2cv drivers unpopular. Let there be taste! |

Amen !
Etienne, they don't just look like Lada Niva Wheels.... technically, they are, Lada Niva wheels, the same factory just redrilled them.
I think the guy who had the brainwave of 3 lug DM steel wheels is probably at the bottom of a lake somewhere with his feet in concrete _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.

I guess Etienne just likes the real nice eighties customs like Philipe Pétré's AZU (and I do too) and not the 'custom' 2cv's that are hanging somewhere between the eighties and the lovely nineties |

Petre's Azu was first 2cv I liked a lot! I still do. I saw that car first time in
English world meeting in Cheltenham 1985 when I was 4 yrs old.
20 yrs later 2005, at 2cv Van Meeting in Holland I saw that car again and I
get change to sit into it that was cool moment.
About this VW2CV, I dont know who owns it but I think he is not "2cv
person" Its made in 80's, I remember there was small story of it in our
club mag years ago. I can check if I found it. BTW Its only "2cv" in Fin
whit "delta mics" (here they go by name, Magnels) No, it does not mean
that our 2cv building culture is somehow better...
