The named pic is welcomed !!!
The idea is to eliminate the vent flap and use this window for vent porpouses.

I hope you're not going to make your window bigger than the original and just get rid of the vent flap or just close the vent flap? It's best to keep all the shapes and parts like the vent flap and just rebuilt your original windshield. The vent flap isn't just there for functional reasons, it's part of the whole design. If you do want to get rid of your vent flap, lower the windshield and give your car a top chop. |

Do you get much rain where you are Juan? Be warned, the safari's in buses leak like sieves! The look fantastic, but don't suit our UK climate! |

Sure, Im from Spain !
But leakeage is a known problem with the vent flap, so its just a exchange, flap leaking vs windshield leaking. |
