Some users can't login because the accent disapeared.
Last night, the host changed the server, and all the letter with accent are gone...
I can't do anything for moment.
Sorry, please wait...

Björn can't login...
I'm not able to modify his username when I'm going into the admin panel.

I fixed Clôd's name but system cant find Björn, even that he is in memberlist?

Yeah, me same. When I type bj�rn or björn, it doesn't work...

I think even Jozef cant help I tried same than you. Clôd you can find even whit "clod"... I think we should contact on "PPhph"...

I looked on their support forum. Some other people have same problem but no answer. Just one guy explained something... but I didn't get the thing!

you probably mean this
"Hello!
I created my user name with a "Umlaut" (ö).
Now I cannot log in anymore - the Umlaut appears as a rectangle now.
I cannot even change the name when logged in as an Administrator because I cannot open the profile for that account.
I can search for it using a wildcard with "Find a username", but when I try to open the profile with "Look up user", I get "Sorry, but that user does not exist.".
This must be a recent change.
Edit:
By using Firefox and forcing ICO 8859-1 character set in Firefox I was able to manage the account."
i also don't understand it but i will ask somebody with a little more computer knowledge
