Why not plumb the return from the turbo into the oil cooler inlet tube? This way you'd probably minimise the oil temp variations in the engine (if you don't want to plumb into the engine case to feed the return into the sump).

Absolutely NOT the way to do it Sad . The oil cooler inlet tube is pressurized where the return line is not. In fact you would have pressure on both sides of the turbo : result no cirkulation at all.

Or take an old cooler en fit it in between return pipe and the place you want to return the oil to the engine. For example the filler stick or the rocker cover.

The return d' oil must be done has low pressure. The temperature does not have importance, oil will be cooled by the radiator. Moreover, i have an additional radiator.
