So I cut it away, I also cut handle bar on 2 pieces. Now bars are connected on forks whit m20 screw.

Half bar,

From behind. Nuts needs still make smaller to make them fit better on design.

I also start to work whit braking system.

Spoon:

Bars:

And for the end one monumental picture:

After I get frame finished came time to put it on parts...

and paint it. I decide to paint it whit powder coating.

I choose boring but black color Wink

I started to make pedals:

I machined 20mm nuts on bike as smaller. From handle bar nuts I took 2mm from each side and on steering locking nut 1mm.

On the rear frame I made square hole before paint and today I made step on it:

This day I spend by finishing already existing parts.

-Sanded sides of front hub.
-Continues machining pedals.
-Finished shape of rear step.
-Changed middle tube from rear hub,
old one was from some regular bike
and it was not perfect.

Handle bars and handles are quite ready:

Must be interesting to use that brake. You need to take your hand all way
off from "shovel handle", but thats how they it designed back in 1880's.
Those "shovel handles" are not cast iron, they are made out of steel plate
and tube.

Huh, that was a long weekend. I was polishing parts for nickel plating, 30
hours. They are not 100% perfect but for time I spend I'm quite satisfied
for the result. First i was thinking to nickel plate only hubs and spokes but
at the end there was 49pieces + 80spokes! (spokes I didnt polish so well)
