Just make your own tube frame, use ford axles then place TA carosserie
on it. Original TA looks tractor as 2cv if you remove fenders. Maybe its
better to buy A ford from Usa? they are cheap and dollar is down.

Already for years I have been fantasizing about a custom traction. But wouldn't do a rat or hot rod though, rather a mild looking one which is much faster as original and handles as well.

But that piece of **** is totally out of this time. 80's resto rod in french style..
Shortening.. in big body mods you really should know what you are doing
that you dont get ridiculous results.

A cool traction has been done recently in France.
It's had a top chop done, and other mods... the owner claims it's a barn find, but details prove that wrong.
It's quite a cool car, it was on french HAMB (bielle chaude) but pics are no longer there.
Etienne : did you save them to your disk ?
do post them if you (or anyone else) has got them. _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.

Oh boy, a Faux cabriolet! Look at that ugly engine, wheels, exhaust pipes and headlight. If you ruin such a beautiful car, do it properly ... don't fuck around with alloy wheels from the supermarket and ugly engine from the scrapyard.
Edit: Relief, it's a fake Faux. The underside of the rear seems to be different, the corners of the doors are straight, not round like a real Faux Cabriolet and the windowframe of the door seems to be welded. Nice work, but unfortunately that changes nothing about its uglyness ... people don't put on those wheels for fun.

Hi
Yeah, it's fake... he built it himself, and it's all metal... to my mind it's quite a nice (quality) job... takes some skill to form sheetmetal.
The wheels are not the final wheels... _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.
