Surfers bike at the boardwalk of Asbury Park, New Jersey USA.
Well, what could (should) I say... Two very nice days at this democratic village.
Don't vote for Romney!

This picture of a pink bike I made in Toronto during my North American roadtrip this month. More pictures? See Muskie's weblog...

Hello motomotie,
well done daddy! :))

My daily driver this winter, a quick&dirty copy of my favourite looking bike http://www.pashley.co.uk/products/guvnor.html :

Uploaded with ImageShack.us
Picture was done in autumn 2012, now it's rather rusty. :(

Old style combined with 'modern' technology:
1936 +/-1 Adler frame + 1967 Steyr lady bicycle fork --> strange geometry (easy to corner, but difficult to go back straight ahead).
Hub generator + DIY LED front beam (2x Cree XR-E warm white(!)), Sachs Torpedo 3 speed (now with old style Sturmey Archer 3 Speed shifter), wheelset with Alu rims to get a little front brake power (V brake pads), Tria brake lever, Schwalbe 50-622 Big Apple.

Building my own city bicycle at the moment. I have designed it for an industrial design course at my university and I have to make a model from the design. So why not make it a fully functioning bicycle?

This is the first design:

And this is how much I have at the moment, the complete frame is built from scratch using straight hollow pipes:

I have to finish the bike in two weeks from now, wish me luck! Wink
