L my car is as low as yours and il be putting those tyres on this week I've only for them on the back at the moment my cars the trinket 2cv

135/70*15 are the lowest 15" tire you can get

I got the boot floor out of a daewoo lanos and one cut to do and it was a very good fit.

I am considering a roof rack at some stage and want to know more about them?
Do ye all hand make them or do certain ones fit?

It's not impossible to find one for 2 CV in France for usually high money (or from scrap yard if you're lucky). But from Ireland, you might have to built it yourself I presume !
