Well I don't know how Etienne did it, but if he used the same technique as Acalex to be able to use a bonnet with no holes, I doubt it would have been more work to do the job properly than to make the nice centered holes that you are showing off now
If you put any 80s or 90s touches on that car I will delete your account from this forum

the pink and GTi rims were a joke. From what I've read in my PMs it sounds like he's got good plans for it.
